Hello Charolotte. I see long time your question here but no many answers. To make that issue less annoyable you can change your settings about your "toasts" (pop-ups). In viewer 2, Menu Me --> Preferences --> Tab Chat --> Set "Nearby chat toasts life time" to 1 and "Nearby chat toasts fading time" to 2. I cant think something else. I hope it will help you a little.

Hello ebonysecho. We have often issues with deliveries from Marketplace last days. I hope soon LL to fix it. If you are sure that your purchases are no in your inventory, Open your dashboard --> by the left choose Account --> Transaction History --> Copy your last transactions --> Great a new notecard --> paste there them --> send the notecard to the merchant explaining what was happened and asking politely for redelivery.

Also you can kiss using some furniture (couch for example), which include pose balls with animations for kisses.

Are you sure that you loged in advanced mode with viewer 2 and no in basic mode ?

As i know at Marketplace you can find easily FREE web browsers. They work exactly like Internet Explorer of Mozilla Firefox. That means you can watch your favorite videos with them, or to listen your favorite music or also to check your mails. Just now of curiocity i got one and it works perfectly!

Just to add that when your drag the object on the floor (rezz) you can edit it doing right click on it and edit. To move it just use the arrows. If you want to rotate it go in the second tab called object and there you find the rotation. Its possible some of your purchases to need unpacking. So, rezz the box on the ground, right click on it and open and finally copy to inventory. After you follow the same process as i described.

If you are not a premium member the best solution is to buy a plot (land) by another resident. They called "Private Estate Regions". You can use in world the search (typing "Land for sale" or here in the community the forums http://community.secondlife.com/t5/Buy-and-Sell-Land/ct-p/BuyAndSellLand Lets clear that "buy" means that you get the rights of owner for the land/plot/parcel or sometimes most of them but you continue to pay the tier every week. There are available plots by 512 sq m2 (1/128 of a sim) till whole sims (65,536 sq m2). Also you have to decide if you want to rent in a homestad region or in a full-primed region. Homestads support 3,750 prims and they are recommended if you need a place to live, because you will have more space to walk and use. Full sims offer more prims but less space. I will give you an example to understand better. If you get 1/4 in a homestad sim, you will get 937 prims and 16,384 sq m2. You will get the same prims in a full-primed sim in a land only 4,096 sq m2. The advantage for full sims is that they support till 100 avatars when homestads only 20 the same time. When you get your land, you are ready to look for a house and furniture at Marketplace : https://marketplace.secondlife.com/ Have in your mind that you can find full furnished houses.

Oh no! Months are so long time! Try that: When you log in open your inventory and type there in search one letter or go at the second tab called recent and wait fetching ALL your items. After try to change outfit. If it is unable to load your items, means maybe problems with your internet connection or lag. You can check them both giving the following command: In viewer 2 Menu Advanced (Ctrl+Alt+D) --> Performance Tools --> Lag Meter. Check that the client, network and server run ok all (green colour). If you have lag move in another region no so laggy. Something else you can do is to test your avatar giving the command. Menu Develop (Ctrl+Alt+Q) --> Avatar --> Charecter Tests --> Test Male/Female. Something last: Are you sure that you cleared your cache right? Some users think that we clear the cache by our preverences in world but its no right. (XP) - C: - Documents and Settings - (USER NAME) - AppData - SecondLife (Vista) - C: - Users - (USER NAME) - AppData - Local - SecondLife (Win 7) - C: - Users - (USER NAME) - AppData - Roaming - SecondLife Delete everything into this folder and restart.

i downloaded the new version also but i don't see any difference.

Eventually i understood that "Jim Bush" is the name of the region. Just now i tried to TP there but its impossible. So i think the problem is general and no only for you.

I didint suggested her to rezz her houses in a private region where she is not allowed but at Fermi Sandbox because there she is very possible to find an administrator if she needs a sky platform.

If you havent owned yet a land you must to go at a sandbox to rezz the house. If your house is more than 20*20 metres you need to do it on a sky platform. Usually at Fermi Sandbox always you can find an administrator to lead you. Just use the search in world typing "Fermi Sandbox" 1)Open your inventory and find the house. You see it as an object (orange colour) 2)Drag the box on the ground --> right click on it --> Open --> Copy to Inventory 3)You will get a folder in your inventory. Inside you can find the house --> You rezz it on the ground like the box earlier 4)Usually then you get a menu --> Rezz --> Wait some seconds till to see the house 5)You use the box if you want to move the house, or to rotate it. 6)When you finish, you choose by the menu SAVE and you delete the rezz box. All the house include in the box instructions. Have a look there for more details and keep in touch here if you have any problem.

A good idea is to create a folder in your web browser's Favorites and there you can add one by one the products you desire to purchase, till next Friday. This way, you will not loose them. It's better for you to buy products one by one because very often we have problems in delivery.

My advice is to log in quiet regions without lag. When you log in (everywhere) you have to load all the textures arround even you dont see some of them. The server must cache them and download them all. So stay unmoving till to see everything arround. Also your first job when you log in is to open your inventory, type something in filter there or go at recent tab and wait fetching all your items till the last one. Also in viewer 2 you can use some performance tools to check out if everything works ok for you: Menu Advanced (Ctrl+Alt+D) --> Performance Tools --> Lag Meter --> Check if Client, Network and Server are normal (green colour). In addition with the same command you can have a look in your statistics bar. Have a look there about your FPS (Frames Per Second). It must to be always at least 15. Below that, the time Dilation must be as closer as possible to 1, over than 0,95 always when sim is empty. Sim FPS must to be always 45 and Physics FPS 44-45. If you dont see these numbers you have lag and this is the no1 reason for your issues. Also try to clear your cache : (XP) - C: - Documents and Settings - (USER NAME) - AppData - SecondLife (Vista) - C: - Users - (USER NAME) - AppData - Local - SecondLife (Win 7) - C: - Users - (USER NAME) - AppData - Roaming - SecondLife Delete everything into this folder and restart. If i undestand right your question you dont get lindens if people spend time at your land. If you are a premium member you get a land 512 sq m2 with a house in Mailnand directly from Linden Labs and also 300 lindens every week and 1000 lindens as a gift 45 days after the date you upgrade in premium member. You havent any additional cost for this land and house. You can keep it or to give it back and get another plot again 512 sqm2 again in Mailand in which you can rezz your store or a bigger one with an additional cost. The other solution is to buy a plot (land) by another resident. They called "Private Estate Regions". You can use in world the search (typing "Land for sale" or here in the community the forums http://community.secondlife.com/t5/Buy-and-Sell-Land/ct-p/BuyAndSellLand
