I went to preferences and there isn't an option to change the Maturity rating, it just says "I want to access content rated: General"

I have added a card to my account and have used it to buy Linden Dollars, how come I'm still not age verified?

I have just downloaded the Viewer and it is saying that I have to accept the Terms and Conditions agreement but there is a space below where the Terms and Conditions should be and I can't tick the accept box and therefore cannot continue logging in.
