  1. Lancashire, General, waterview, 2 side protected, 10240 sq m 30k L. Will accept offers. http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Lancashire/58/204/52 Boscombe, General, unusual land with protected pathways between the plots. 5872 sq m. 20k L but will accept offers. This land has some Albane Claray decor which was in the sky but I moved it to ground and added to it. http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Boscombe/232/50/38 Will happily leave objects. Reason for sale: Tiering down.
  2. $229/Month USD to LL. Tier paid through 2nd September 2022. Asking L$50,000 for sim inclusive of transfer fee, saving over 100USD on the new selling price. Offers considered. There are tenants, which would mean you could take it over as a business, or I will give them notice and a refund, whichever the buyer prefers. http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Prima Materia/147/173/23 Contact Josephina Bontto for more info. Please leave a notecard if I am not online. I am on UK time.
  3. I can confirm, my Premium Plus chosen home in Kaminarimon was delivered around 4 hours ago (4 am ish on Monday UK time, so 8 hrs difference to the Lab) and I raised the ticket at just after 7:30 pm UK time on Saturday. I don't mind that though as I proceeded to further explore and changed my mind on the home a further 78768745633 times. I noticed the 512 sq m homes in Sakura seem to be on much nicer plots than the 1024 sq m ones, subjective I know. So I found a 1024 sq m that has mountains on 2 sides, a road at the front and backs onto a pond with a waterfall.
  4. I was oblivious to the new fantasy theme so rolled the dice once I was tipped off. Got sim edge on Fennir Forest. Might roll the dice again tomorrow to see other fantasy themes as I think I am maxed out today. I like them so far.
  5. I am happy to support some of the gacha sellers in their new ventures, either by buying gacha during the window, fatpacks after the window, and letting them use some of my land rent free for a store if they can't pay tier. I only have one island though so can't give people huge areas in terms of space. My land is also themed so no big glowy boxes would fly, for example. I do have two mainland parcels I could let people use but they are on the Campbell Coast (2048 sq m and 1024 sq m) so again, they would need to be sympathetically furnished (one is furnished entirely in 8f8 gacha currently...). I am also happy to help them organise other events to boost sales and help run them, if that helps. Just notecard me in-world, I am UK so often parked afk/or offline when at RL work. The caveat here is "within reason". I am one person and not a secret millionaire.
  6. 28 pages. That escalated fast. Kinder eggs are amazing (in the UK we are allowed to choke on kinder toys). Randomly allocating a home to a resident as part of their premium membership is not the same as gacha. It is a perk. That 11.99 funds a few things, not just Linden Homes. They can argue that the 11.99 funds everything else and the Linden Home is "free". A benefit.
  7. I am as old as dirt so remember the original gambling ban. Everyone is a lot calmer than I remember them being then. I also remember the banking ban. My interpretation: Giveaways and raffles will be fine as long as no money changes hands. Selling no copy items is also fine. Reselling existing gacha on MP also fine (until they run out). You might find you can charge more. I personally hate no copy items. I have done gacha to get specific things, like buildings, furniture, landscaping, occasionally hair, etc but preferred policies where you could exchange unopened gacha to copyable stuff or buying the fatpack as something copyable. I once recently ended up with an 07 sexbed on a reasonably well known creators gacha. It was literally full of stuff I consider unusable. Pure trash. I always saw it as gambling, and was always pretty careful about what gachas I went for. I think people are over thinking it. You could argue land buying and selling is gambling but I don't see that being banned anytime soon.
  8. Motivated to sell - dropped price at Derwent to 125k and Keswick to 14k. Grab a bargain.
  9. I am currently selling the following plots, price negotiable for sensible offers. They are next to each other but in different regions. Photos show land bare, there is a road behind the larger plot but there is a finger of land joined to it that is on the other side of the road. Included some photos of what the land looks like landscaped. Derwent, 18,032 sq m, Moderate, 2 sides protected (one water, one road) - Currently set to 175,000L - http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Derwent/200/224/32 Keswick, 1,792 sq m, Moderate, 1 side protected - Waterview - Currently set to 25,000L - http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Keswick/6/142/26 Reason for sale: Bought a private island - Prima Materia, from LL, so no longer needed
  10. Picked up a cool Trad abandon just now that I may have to keep.
  11. So after gambling both my accounts to be put on the naughty step and end up Linden Homeless last night, I have just logged on and selected stilts home on pier for both accounts and got them. Not looked at them yet, mind you. Heading there now. Just thought I'd say. Holiday Dock and Alagoon were the ones I got. Gambled Holiday Dock to see what the trad and vic was. Abandoned and got a stilts on pier at Glimmer Cove on the end (Alagoon, the one I kept, also on the end).
