  1. My thoughts exactly. I like the front a lot, and would like to inspect it to see if it could be used without that spare room.
  2. I found it on MP and am tempted, but it apparently covers up the rear balcony, so I'm wavering now.
  3. I caught this one and have put it back. It's still in Maintenance. http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Calista/60/32/75
  4. I tried for it but had so much lag, then I realized too late I had my draw distance about triple what it normally is! 😂
  5. I am curious as to how people are determining that alts are involved at all. Being members of one land group doesn't = alts. Currently on LP: camper and log home.
  6. I am getting ready to put back this trad I just caught in Foxbridge. It's on a corner, on a little hill above a public area along the river. You get a great view of it all from the balcony of the Winchester.
  7. Many of us have land groups that include our friends as well as alts. I see no evidence of a covenant violation here, but it is against forum rules to "name and shame". As for the topic,. there is a camper on the land page now.
  8. You have plenty of time because Patch has indicated the stilt homes won't be released till later this year (maybe winter). There's more info about them in the Beachy Theme thread, if you haven't had a chance to check it out yet.
  9. How'd I miss that? I've been watching for days just to see the stampede happen (I am not a Vic fan so didn't want one for myself). I must have zoned out. lol
  10. Something I noticed on the stilt homes, and don't recall seeing mentioned here yet, is that there is a notation "OL" (over land) or "OW" (over water) in the actual names of each model shown. The houses that are fully on land have the OL designation, and the houses fully on water have the OW designation. The houses that are connected to the dock by a ramp also have the OW designation. With these designations, I agree that houses with a ramp count as "over water".
  11. Maybe ask the person who took the photo?
  12. I'm getting ready to put back a houseboat I just caught in Barnacle. There is nothing in front of it but water, and as you can see from the map, it's attached to an island. Pretty nice! https://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Barnacle/164/52/0
  13. If there are regions released, it is almost 100% certain it will have been posted in this thread.
  14. Today's trad catch, in Wood (I forgot to take a pic before I started painting it!)
  15. Oh wow it's staying in Maintenance a log time. I hope it's not the same Emerson Lake one I've caught a couple of times over the past week or so!
  16. Back on topic - only seeing the old style homes so far this morning!
  17. Today must be "abandon your river-y bridge-y" spot, because I just caught this one. Not as much water as the other, but it does have the lovely radioactive waterfall not too far away. lol
  18. Congrats, it looks like it changed pretty quickly for you!
  19. I love landing on an awesome abandon (remember when they were considered "undesirable"?)! I caught this one this morning:
  20. I hate it too, it makes it almost impossible when you are trying to help someone out by letting them "catch" a home you are releasing!
  21. I don't recall the exact wording from Patch's interview, but if I remember correctly, he said that we *might* get two themes (stilt homes and the next one) released in the winter. (I think it was near the end of the interview, if anyone wants to go back and have a listen.)
  22. That tab is where you go to add names to your ban list (if you didn't already do so by doing the "eject and ban" thing). Down at the bottom right of that tab is the "Banned" box. Click the "Add" button there to pull up a search box where you enter the name of the person you want to ban. When you find the name, click "Select", then whatever ban duration you want to use, then click "OK".
