The non-existing resident name on the access list is a known glitch. It seems to be harmless. Usually if you add a name to the access list, the "does not exist" name then drops off. ETA: Prior thread discussing this topic:

Thanks to your earlier post, I bought this and removed the door to use in the Lincoln. With a bit of resizing, the doors work just fine.

My parcel had already been corrected by the time you checked it yesterday. I did see Derrick in the area for quite some time, but I think he left before you arrived. I'm assuming he flipped some switch because I was indeed able to uncheck the "Anyone can visit" box yesterday morning, but later on, the box changed to being greyed out.

My alt caught (and abandoned) one there almost an hour ago, didn't realize it was a new release!

Contact Support so they can correct the issue. That's what I did, and it was fixed the same day I reported it (today). This is a known issue, but it won't hurt to let them know the names of the regions experiencing the problem.

For the same reason every other thread here wanders off topic now and then? lol

No, we can't directly tint the exteriors, but the texture in the folder is white so it needs to be tinted.

Yep, I saw that option on the parcel I got last night, but it didn't register to me at the time (it was late!) that it should NOT be there. ETA: I have not tried it to see if it actually works, though.

I think it's a spiral. Seriously, I have not noticed a pattern as I'm watching the map while a new region's parcels are claimed. As you said, though, abandons happen, and sometimes they happen very quickly, so it's hard to say for sure.

I just checked back at my parcel, and it's fixed.

I got a log cabin last night that has the issue. I really like the location and don't abandon because of things that can be fixed, so I contacted Live Chat this morning. Within 2 minutes of my opening the chat window, Spots Linden was on the scene to take a look. I was told that the Moles are working on it, and Spots sent a message asking one of them to swing by and check on the region. Have I mentioned how much I love Live Chat? (The kid in the photo is my alt.)
