I'm maitreya, but with my skin choice and my applier freckles, plus my system head, I'd bet there is no one else in sl that looks quite like me. All those mesh heads start to look the same after a while anyway 😂

how many bodies does one person need? i picked maitreya, i'm happy with it, i even stopped doing upgrades since they went to bom. I have more clothes for it than i could wear in a life time... oh but this one is tweeked, its wayyy better, I have to buy it, just like everyone that chases the latest mesh head.

like i said, totally random 😂 I go to an escort sim that usually has over 60 avatars there, no lag, no issues. Of course I run low settings, if you are one of those people on ultra high, then yes, you might have problems, but then its your problem, not mine 😁

that 40 person limit is totally random. They could make it 60, or 80, or 100 if someone has the sim max avatars on their plot 24/7, defo report them

if you go into mouselook, does your avatar look wherever you look? Even if you do a 360?

Im pretty sure if your ao is on, turning you head to follow the curser is overridden by the ao

before you set the land for sale, you get a warning, you are selling this land for $1 L to anyone in SL. All sales are final, do you wish to proceed? And then they proceed, and someone scoops it up and they end up whining about unfair it all is. But you know what? They wont make that mistake again 😂

Just curious, what percentage of mainland is LL protected land?

If that is true, then mainland does in fact pay for itself, because as I've said many times, tier on eight 4096's (50% sim occupancy) is the same as the tier of a full sim. So 50% average occupancy across all mainland means mainland is not a drain, in fact it makes money for LL, which I suppose is why LL keeps it running

the L shaped plot is obviously what they had left over when they finished cutting out tier sized parcels. It would make sence to list it in the same price range as other parcels on the sim, then someone who bought land on the sim might be tempted to spend the same price per sqm to buy that and have a few extra prims. I know i would No one will ever pay the price they are asking now.

I thought flippers set sky high prices just to get their name in as many sims as possible. He can do that with 16sqm, he doesnt need to waste another 200 sqm he could spread out over a dozen other sims

the point i was trying to make was that when you cross a sim boundary, you enter the sim right beside the one you are leaving. But it doesnt need to be that way. Any sim can be directly connected to any other sim anywhere on the grid. So when you leave the sim you directly enter ehatever sim the one you are leaving is connected to. Perhaps “portal” was a poor choice of words.

Change of plans, i bought another 1024 for $7.3 L per sqm. That lets me double prim my original 1024. 700 prims will be more than enough to decorate my original purchase. Sooner or later the land flipper will abandon his piece in the north east corner, and I’ll get it from LL for $1L per sqm. 😂

Ok, so I bought a 1024 on Zindra for about $6L per sqm (bottom left corner on the map) . All the other parcels on the sim range up to $12.5L per sqm. But one totally useless L shaped strip in the northeast corner, about 200 sqm, is listed for sale for $83.3L per sqm. No one in a million years will ever pay that. If the land owner just wants his name out there, then carve out a 16 sqm section and list it for a million L's. It all has the same effect. I'm gonna im him and offer him the same as what I paid for my 1024, $6 L per sq m. He can even cut out a 16 sqm piece for himself. But what a waste of his tier. I don't understand some flippers. 😂

Why didn't they just offer him money? I'd have sold it for 10 times profit 😂

so, why shouldnt you be able to ban avatars from protected classes. You are banning cartoons, not people. Cartoons dont have a right to demand service. Besides you could say its just role play, then anything (except pedophilia of course) is allowed
