I do not agree. All Account types, should be allowed to sell products. I suggest for the Market Place Team, to create additional options at Market Place, which will allow Consumers to readily make informed purchases. It is my opinion, that Residents who are MP Merchants, operate Publicly within the SL Community, and in doing so, those Residents should be visible in the Inworld Search. Everything needs to be voluntary. Product ranking in Listings, could be connected to a Resident's Activity. (as it should be)

Grid Status shows that LL is investigating. http://status.secondlifegrid.net/category/slgridstatus/ It can be frustrating, I would suggest not going to bed mad. Breakdowns happen, and there are many interconnected connections between a pc and the servers. The length of time is a bit longer than I would have guessed it would take. I usually clean my house if I cannot log into SL. Make some food, watch some you tube videos, view the Earth on google maps, read a book, scoop cat turds from the litter box. (my least favorite)

Check your computer's firewall settings. You could visit an empty Region, and see if it works there. Try using a different internet browser. I use IE, or Firefox, both have good features, imo. I'm not familiar with the various Options for opening a window in SL, maybe another Resident here, does know. Might improve your pc performance.

Thank you, for taking the time to share your viewpoint. I believe that the Creators of Objects, bear a degree of responsibility, related to the products they create. The Law also recognizes Limited Liability Corporations, in part, for some of the reasons being discussed here. Creation, and innovation, requires freedom in thought, and flexibility in action. I've had a few grande ideas which were not possible, simply because corrupted people, may take my idea, and do bad things. It is a monumental shame, and is in part, the reason why I was motivated to comment. I believe that those with the best interest of SL in mind, will act in that capacity, as you have done.

I believe that Mike would have to submit a Case with Support. A simple request. If I had the time, and energy, I would build a case, as to why there is enough room in Linden Memorial Park, and then create a thread in General Discussion. I could discuss reasons why, that space should be used as a Memorial to Residents in SL.

I believe that you have the best interest of Second Life, in mind. Some of your questions, are philosophical in nature, and may be best answered, in a newly created thread. Where in the Terms of Service, does it state that a person must protect other Users products? A person who illegally uses a Converter, is the Criminal; Not the person who made it. You're barking up the wrong tree. You've asked a lot of good questions, and those questions should be answered, but not by emSynth. These are Community questions, moral and ethical questions. I'm not sure if Liability is on, or off, as a Default. A large number of Group Owners, are not aware of how the system works.

I think that LL should make some space available, in L.M.P., for a small Memorial. A stone, with a list of names. There's plenty of space.

I don't know anything about servers. Asking why Regions are square; didn't go anywhere last time I asked. If LL could redefine the shape of a Region, subdivided land could run on a separate server. Teleporting to a beta grid, upon entering a roadway, might be a bit too much. Tell the server to move the car under the patch, and to mirror it on the road? idk. If they moved Zindra, they can depopulate a few Regions, where it's feasible. Some Regions with roads are too heavily built, and will always have Residents. For the regions that can be reclaimed by LL, the LDPW could rebuild those roads in mesh, adjust the terrain to compliment the adjacent Regions, open up the Roads, add a few trees (don't go nuts), create some side lots to park.

Most are data mining. They get paid, when they use personal information collected, at a later date. A few, have found some type of get paid to bring traffic. Some is just grief. If a City has internet access, it probably has a Police Station. In most of the cases, it's just not worth the cost required, to serve Process.

I am not aware of a method to change the security question. I believe that data can only be accessed at the time of Account creation. Set the Land for Sale, to a specific user, (you) Do not set the land to sale to Anyone, because bot could buy your land out from under you.
