Which they obviously are: Human beings that work hard and mostly successfull and can be proud of what they created overall and get praised for it ... but also apt to make mistakes and wrong decisions from time to time for which they face some criticism ... and can live with it (though maybe annoyed) like we all do.

I think they will not be SAD just because ONE among thousands of customers is not quite happy with what they created and openly utters some critizism. They do not see themselves as GODS or other divine beings like you obviously do Overall they did a great job creating Bellisseria and I am one of their fans, but if they really started cloning regions (which I doubt they'll be doing! - wait till they are released!!) then quite a lot of people would not like that ... me too!

If one likes campers (which I don't) and likes seashore and sand (which I DO!!!) that is really the best parcel you could imagine so you should not give it up. My alt managed to snatch a rather similar location as a houseboat in Sandflea and I will sure keep that! If you want to try the Victorians why not make a premium alt just for a month and look what you can get and if that really pleases you? Victorians will be easy to get for a LONG time ... that's what I think.

On my list Spinoza is on place 15 ... I would think it won't go before Christmas. But the uge Victorian release might happen anytime - an who knows what else (Campers, Boats, Traditionals) might be thrown in? Green hovertexts do not mean much ... can be there for days ... or weeks? Or do I remember that wrong?

Where is that? I is not on my list. If it is SOUTH of the big gap it is Victorian territory and will be in the uge release.

I freed three of my alts, giving up some really nice parcels (waterbound camper in Decker, waterbound with a great view in Castlewellan Overlook, boat near lighthouse in Floaton) to be prepared for the RUSH and now they are idle and getting nervous like horses just before the race. I kept them busy last two days by sometimes playing the catch and abandon game (I call it C&A *ggg*) but what they catch is really not very nice compared to what they had so quick... away with it again!!! I intend to keep them rather idle now not to waste their precious 5x in 24 hours limit ... sssooonish there'll be VICTORIANS!

Rings true and they used to do that quite some time but then they alternated. If one day it was very late, you could expect that the next day it would be more on the early side. This time we had four VERY late ones running ... so I keep with my theory!

I have a theory about that very late releases: Sice a few days they allways HOPE they can release the Vitorian BULK so they wait ... and wait ... while the people important for checking the Victorians check like hell and check and check ... .... and a few other Moles are busy finishing the older regions newly named ... ... and finally just before going home they decide: "Another day without Victorians so let's give them a region from the list!"

Friday 3:02 pm Commodore, Monday 2:36 pm Hornpipe and Tuesday 1:48 pm Sternwheeler So my bet for today is Hooten Holler between 1:30 and 3:00 pm SLT .... (or Blue Duck ... or Cantrip Coast)

You are quite right I did see that aswell but later I saw THIS ... and I saw THIS ... So now I believe he might have meant to do it before the 15.th but will not manage to get it done by then. All speculation of course.

Anyway I saw a lot of Moles and Whitney Linden in these new named regions ... but only VERY few dotos on the whole southern subcontinent ... so I would be very astonished if we saw a Victorian - release today ... or tomorrow ... or any time soonish

You cannot see those names on the map. Only when you TP or walk into them. Good opportunity for me to see which has/had which SSPE number. And they named some more! You see that on the map all the time but it isn't visible inworld. You can neither walk into it nor cam into it or throgh it. It is a sort of ghost region.

You do not really advise that somone should FOLLOW this thread? Follow it in a way that he gets an email when new content is posted? THIS thread "When did you ..." ??? there are about 10 to 30 post per day in this thread! more than 10 000 posts since 6 months when it was started!! One should follow THIS thread by frequently checking it ... and the OTHER one by getting a mail when someone posted ... the thread were only Pach can post and where he posts his announcments.

Well if you say so I must believe it for you seem to be far more IT knowledgable than me. I only heard it somewhere, do not remember where. Might be I mistook it for the Third- Party- Viewers ... THEY use the same code? I remember finding it odd that LL should have given away their code as open sourcce.

Takes some believing!. Open Sim is the lowbudget version of SL using the same code. Can you really imagine the Lindens themselves are not able to save backups of regions? They do not give them to US, but they must have them in case something goes wrong, hardeware dies and so on - they must be able to restore the data from backups.
