@Elora Lunasea congrats !! this is a fabulous location !! I had the house right next to it which I had to let go as my corner lot in Venber ( we are neighbours ) surpasses everything I've had so far. I had even posted the Ketran Home here with photos as usual..... It's nice to be in a region where most residents are from April 19

At the moment one region gets released each working day..... time varies from 7am till 5pm SLT, which covers most time zones I think. There are abandons practically 24/7, so chances of getting a home that you like are pretty high. Some of the nicest homes I got were abandons.

Point Sampson a region with Trads was released 30 min ago......there are still available homes.

I see Houseboats and Campers for more than 30 min on the LP, is there a new release ?

Having been a landlord for more than 10 years, i am actually used to covenant breaches and I think there's nothing that I haven't seen...... ( I could write a book about it... ) Personally I am used to keep an eye on things... and I am trained in detecting what's not in accordance with the covenant, however only something in the vicinity of my home could bother me so much that I would decide to act. My first step is always to talk directly with the person that caused the problem and try to resolve the issue in a friendly way. This has always worked so far..... with very few exceptions, where I decided that derendering objects was my best option. I strongly believe that if there is good will, there is always a way ! AR would be my last chance, but this hasn't happened till now.

Congrats !!! You got the best Home.. that i was in love with...... but I had a RL visit and only noticed South Haven being released when it was too late.... My alt got a home further up the hill, which i abandoned.... While refreshing... I saw your alt standing in front of the house.. and I was 100% sure that it was you I will now focus on the neighbouring sim, which is still unnamed !!

Can it be that Ziggy is referring to the Linden rezzers that are rezzed below 2.000 meter ? I think that having such a huge flag above your head and house is a violation of the covenant, an eyesore and definitely ARable......

I haven't looked at the name, but it's in Cobbs Market, where I just abandoned a lot on the other side of the street.

I was looking for the new Vic of a friend in Alban Heights when I saw this home...... This is not an add-on but a house on top of a house, which makes the whole structure 25 meter tall. ( and clearly violates the covenant)

I'll be releasing a Trad with unblocked Ocean View at 11 am SLT The home is located above a coastal road, facing North, and has a fabulous location....... With a lower draw distance it won't be visible thankfully...... but that ship is monstrous in size for sure.......
