This is my Verne in Bartlesmoor, decorating such a big house with only 350 prims was quite a challenge, but I think i am satisfied with the outcome. Linking objects was a big help in saving prims

I got the house to the left, which is part of Hardtack, while the other one belongs to Trafalgar. I abandoned this ( european) morning.

Had one of the two homes between the houseboats on the north side, but the Houseboats were too close, so i abandoned ! Nice island though

Belli is so big that there is a spot for everyone. As I already said what someone hates, someone else loves, and that goes for Pyri too. Liking an unobstructed view at a draw distance of 446 ( which is what I personally like ) doesn't exclude me from finding the right home, there are plenty of these in Belli

I didn't try changing my dd as that is a big no for me, but looking at the map, the distance is around 70 - 100 meter from that lot.. it is too close, and Fierce Bight the neighbouring sim is even closer.... I know from experience though that others may have no problem at all with that view......

I see nothing but ugliness... they can always redo that sim, keeping nearby residents in mind. Maybe it's only me, but I refuse to lower my draw distance, which is always set to 446 meter

This is real terraformed mountain, which unfortunately can't be derendered.. Only way around would be to shorten my draw distance, but this is something i absolutely dislike

My hunting dream almost came true..... Nice green corner lot, water on 2 sides, great view BUT..... that ugly mountain took away all the joy !! It's in Fishtown and I had to abandon it, as i couldn't stand that huge mountain ...lol Merry Christmas everyone !!

I think I got your home in Well Springs at least twice, let it however go, as I am after unblocked sea view.... Catnip Coast was not my case either...I went through most houses hopping for one with a nice view but it seems that you were the lucky one Congrats !

Westlake goes around for the last 5-6 hours, but most homes get abandoned at the first visit. I got it 4 or 5 times.... I've seen neighbours decorating without obviously knowing that they can return objects that don't belong to them. Activating autoreturn is always my first move after getting a home

I just passed from there too.. rezzed a house... returned Mole's objects and abandoned..... On the hunt for the perfect sea view.......

So sorry to hear what you went through, I hope that SL is an escape for you ( as it is for me too) and makes your RL more beautiful. I wish you many happy years to come in both SL and RL ! Merry Christmas..... the festive glitter always takes my RL problems away

New Release : Sirens Cove Green region with both Traditional Homes and Houseboats . Just got a Trad and most other Homes and Houseboats are available at the moment !

I found quite a few that were located at the shore with unblocked sea view, all abandons. Had to let them go, as all areas were sandy while I am looking for green.

That is true, unless you catch the moment when a sim is being released, then the chances are better to get more than 1 house in the same region. That happened to me 3-4 times in the recent past.

I am waiting for South Haven and the one next to it, which is not ready yet.. they are both green with great sea view

I finally got the Traditional i was looking for.... Green with nice unblocked Ocean View, a tiny green area with a sitting bench in front of the house and a road... The road is the only thing i am not excited about, so I will keep looking ... Having looked at many Traditionals lately, after the release of the Victorians I must say that I like the Victorians much better, due to the unique landscape of the sims, the amazing common areas and the prims LL invested in making the entrance to the homes more beautiful with all these flowers etc. The Traditionals instead are now looking bit sad, especially the ones that only have 1 single plant and a tree on the front side ( like my first one), or even nothing at all.....

That's what I usually do, but it was so late that I could had waited for hours till someone gets the home, so I decided to continue trying my ( bad) luck..... Even a wait of 3 hours didn't change it. What puzzles me is that despite the many ( I assume) available homes, we end up recycling the same ones over and over again.

I tried on 3 alts.. and got the same 5 houses over and over again, even after waiting for 3 hours........ All inland and abandons with no particular view. How unlucky have I been to get the same houses... while i am sure many more swim in the pool.....
