  1. Hi everyone! Like the title mentions - is there a way to break up an AO collection you've bought? I have one which has a lot of animations I really like, but some of them just...don't work? And the AO resets every time I log in, so I can't consistently set what I want in a way that's not annoying. What I'd like to do is get the animations out of the AO, and put them into the Firestorm AO function, so that it's only drawing from the pool I want. Is that even allowed?
  2. /me blushes from the tops of his ears to the tip of his tail. This. THIS is my problem. Eventually maybe I'll be able to take pictures as amazing as yours. Eventually. Maybe. Also - *laughs* so weird bumping into you there! Also - Everyone it's SUCH a gorgeous spot. I don't want to really give away secret spots, but it's a spot by a lake. So beautiful for pictures. @Aiyumei's pictures of course. Probably all y'alls too.
  3. Count me in. Unfortunately 12 SLT is outside my time frame normally. But I'd love to be looped into this project Feorie.
  4. Omg. Love it. Love it. Love it. The tagline sells this so well Vanessa. I had a pretty good chuckle at it. This look is absolutely fabulous!
  5. Awww. Yay you guys!! This is so nice to hear. I'm sure he doesn't think of it as "patience" at all either. So sweet both of you!
  6. The cards are really neat (and they even look a little worn somehow...maybe in the texturing? The yellowing?) But also - AHHH! That light! Those shadows! That steam coming from the mug! It's fantastic!
  7. I love the setting, the old school nintendo screen, all of it. But I have to ask: Is that the Mellon Choly and Infinite Sadness art on the hanging tapestries? Because I am...99.9% positive it is? And that is just AMAZING to create the image of a bedroom c. 1997-1999. Beautiful.
  8. This is so so SO great asteriddle! I can't get over just how absolutely cool the whole image is. 500 filters you say? Like totally totally worth it. So neat!
  9. This is really wonderful - the light catching in the eyes, the slightly muted background where the hair almost blends in completely. The light striking against the shoulder. It's really really well done
  10. I'll be honest, Krystina, he could read me the phonebook and I'd follow him home.
  11. Iggy!!! AHH!! What on earth IS this?!? It's incredible, that's what this is. Seriously, if this was an album cover for Iggy UwU's new album? I wouldn't be in the least surprised. I even thought of photoshopping it up as one, just to see what it would look like. I LOVE this! SO much! There is so much working in here, so much that just...fits, perfectly. This belongs in an SL gallery somewhere (or, y'know, an album cover! Iggy UwU - Little Candles Everywhere. OR Iggy UwU - Out of Bounds.) It is so so so so nice.
  12. I WAS going to comment on another post you'd made, where you showed off your new eyes, but then I saw this. Oh, my heart. Context, of course being everything (you'd mentioned elsewhere about being a dancer for a long time) This is so moving, and soul-filled, and meaningful and singular. The multiple shadows are a wonderful touch, and the lighting and set are as sparse as they need to be. But those are just kind of...errata? It's the meaning of this piece that just lodges in the heart and stays there. Thank you for sharing this one so much.
  13. When I remember to breathe, I think I'll able to talk about how I love the shadow falling across the blanket from the window - how once again you're letting the skewed angle give us some space, some atmosphere, a small world to work with in this. The slight smirk, the evening light is all of one piece in telling the story here. Well done! Of course, that would require me remembering how to breathe.
  14. This. All of this. Like all of it. BraVO, sir. This is such a well thought out explication of not only "what is the appeal of SL over Meta" but also "Why adult content exists in SL" Thank you for it. Facebook/Twitter/OnlyFans/Instagram have shown time and again that they will court adult content creators for their user base, only to abandon them to "go legit." That speaks volumes about where they view those content creators in a social hierarchy, and the fact those tiers of hierarchy exist within their structure is troublesome to say the least. I prefer SL over Meta because, even with its pixel-perfect avatars, SL shows all of the warts and gems and dross that are the wide fabric of human experience, while also allowing some of us to explore the very limits of what it means to exist. I don't think Meta, with its cauterized sense of humanity and potential for rank monetization can even HOPE to come close to that.
