Just curious, I want to see all of your “this is a keeper” forever homes! What criteria must a home have to be a keeper?

There could be an arranged homes abandoning event - everyone will abandon in the evening at exactly 8:00pm, for example. This may help the utterly homeless lol

Do you want an oceanfront home? Because that’s what everybody wants. But statistically if you look at the ratio of oceanfront to landlocked, the chances are SLIM. It’s not impossible, but of course not everyone can have oceanfront homes, sadly. So some people have to settle for ponds, rivers, etc. I find the dedication in this thread inspiring/amusing is why I keep reading it.

You’re not guaranteed a “decent” linden home. I also work a full time job, and manage to get them after work hours. It sucks, but it is what it is! Wait until the log homes are released, you’ll be able to get any type of home for days, but it may not be “decent” lol I just want to add that I am typing from work, and just now on my phone I see a house and a houseboat.

They said the high elevation of the regions caused some glitching with the water level. However, even if we can’t have a pond, a park would be nice!

Everyone has a yard, all the plots are the same size. You can choose between 4 styles in the mailbox. The location is random, but sometimes you can try for a specific region releasing.. Most neighbors keep to themselves, but you can join the in world groups for events and things!

Too many to list. People covering their 100% beach lots with tacky square grass, massive 3rd floor additions over height limits, snow prims in grassy regions, sand covering water around houseboats, anchored docks on waterfront parcels, just to name a few prevalent ones!
