Don't you think if these region owners cared at all they would have already read the TOS and the rules? The thing is they don't care, they don't have to care and it's their playhouse. If you want your own playhouse where you make the rules, well then you are going to have to shell out some money to get it.

Then make yourself a bit taller and go there. Make yourself short when you are not there. Simple, yeah? The only one banning you from a sim is youself.

IF I was going to purchase this avatar I would email support and get someone to tell me that it would be ok to use as an adult avatar before I bought it.

It doesn't matter what MY standards are. It only matters what LL standards are. I think unless they actually TELL us no one will know. Perhaps they are being ambiguous on purpose but I don't see a reason to be. In fact, I see that there is a need for exact criteria as to what is and isn't considered a child avatar. Telling the community to use their best judgement on something that could possibly get them permanently banned is inexcusable and irresponsible of LL. They haven't even put a picture up of what the modesty panels SHOULD look like. We are all guessing.

It's really more fun to watch in SL when the 6 different avatars claim they are different people but in reality are the same and they come up with elaborate stories to explain things.

I am not demanding anything. I even stated that I wouldn't AR anyone unless they were 1. An avatar that looked like a child in an Adult region or 2. An avatar that looked like a child on a nude beach. However, I have now changed my criteria for what and who I will be sending in an AR.

Well SL isn't real life and our avatars don't look like adult avatars if we model them around this criteria. So, while it may be true in RL it doesn't translate to SL at all. Not sure why people aren't getting that.

I would imagine, unfortunately, that some will look at the Child avatars posting in this thread and they may get trolled. If I were them I'd set your settings to the highest level possible, at least for now.

I find it a bit odd that no skin or body creators seem to have been in this thread at all. Surely they have questions or do you think separate communications went out to them?

What's wrong with that? If they are breaking the TOS then they should be banned or at least told not to do it again.

Then it would be up to LL to decide if they are or are not. Resident's still have the right to AR them if they believe they are. I think that is where the disconnect with you is. Just because someone AR's you doesn't mean you did anything wrong. If you didn't then nothing to worry about, right?

Let's be realistic for a minute. IF this scenario happens it's less that a miniscule amount. If it gets AR'd even less than that. If LL takes it seriously as a violation even less. I would hope that... say I, all of a sudden, start sending in TONS of AR reports on July 1 that are unsubstantiated then that would be considered a misuse of the AR system and I should get a reprimand for it including a perma ban if it continues.

The belli security orb has a setting where you can set it to only allow whitelisted avatars. Anyone not on that list can't access your Linden home and is ejected after 15 seconds but not autobanned. How is that against the covenant? I'm sure LL can see if the avatar was on the land for longer than 15 seconds and if they did or did not get ejected after that. Seems pretty safe to me.
