You say you have a right to be a child avatar. BilliJo has the right to ban child avatars from the land SHE pays for. Even if it's a 'public' sim, with a club, or a zoo, or a shopping mall or whatever. If she pays for the land it's not a 'Public' Sim. If someone pays for it themselves, it's private property, even if they open it for the public. The only Public sims are the ones that are not owned by residents, but by Linden Labs. Everybody who pays for land has the right to restrict it for anyone they want. So if she wants, she can ban all blacks, or all child avatars. 9ft tall people. People with an H in their name. People that are lefthanded. People that make typos all the time. It doesn't matter why she would ban someone, it's her pricate property, so she is allowed to do that. It's her RIGHT. And it's her right to deny you access to her land if she wants to. Whether that is because you are a child avatar, or she finds you annoying, it's still her right, and has nothing to do with discrimination.

In theory, you're right. But in practice... As a Vampire or a Lycan in Bloodlines, technically you do not need to buy anything, but you do need to feed regularly. For this you need to either find willing new victims, or find a human that has a hud where their humanity can be replenished. Speaking from Experience, even when preying on newbies and spambites, it's almost impossible to get enough blood/lumen to keep in condition. Hudded humans almost always will let you bite if you provide them with apples/cider, so they can regain their humanity. Ergo, you need to buy stuff. Only as a human in their system you don't NEED to buy things, other than the HUD, as you can simply charge vampire/lycans to bite you. And you know this, because you dropped 8k for the amulet to avoid needing to feed yourself.

ON my older avatar I started out using Wowmeh first, then used to have a whole array of bodies. Uluki (3 bodies), Slink (both Physique and HG), Maitreya, TMP, and some others I can't even remember. For some reason I've never tried the Belleza bodies. On my current avatar I prefer to use SLink HG, but not all clothing fits on HG, so I have Maitreya for those, with a different shape than my HG, so it's similarly shaped anyway.

I quite often find shoebases lacking, so I still mainly use hover height. Also a shoebase takes up an attachment. (Unless they changed that while I was out of SL.)

There are some other advantages to being premium member, although they might also not apply to you. As a Premium member you are allowed more group slots than a basic member, and you are given higher priority trying to enter a full sim. Also your transaction data will be store for 90 days, instead of the normal 30.

No problem. I agree with you that LL should never incorprate any system that would be able to redeliver no copy items. Implementing such a thing would likely result in LL receiving DMCA claims themselves.

I know that there are roleplay sims that use a mandatory hud, which block the use of IM. Without those huds, you would simply not have access to the roleplay area of the sim. Maybe it's worth investigating something like that as well. Although I think that would also rely on RLV.

It should simply deliver your purchase, and then deliver the redelivery request. If it's a copy object, what does it matter whether you still have it? In normal redelivery systems like Caspervend, I can get the same item redelivered over and over again, for as many times as I want. I could fill my inventory with thousands of the same object. But I could do that with simply copying the item as well. The fact whether you bought something should be the only variable to decide to redeliver. Basing it on whether you have the object or not would not only need excessive scripting so Marketplace can read the contents of your inventory, it will also break several privacy laws, not to mention LL's own TOS.

It states your Premium account would need to have been created before July 21, 2006. Since you say you are considering starting again, your premium account starts when you start premium again. You only get that kind of stipend if you have been premium member since before that date.

Yes, if you are entitled to your beliefs, whether they are insulting to people or not, then so am I. Some of my best friends do like extreme kinks like snuff, dismemberment, dolcett. And I know for a fact that they are female. You said that women enjoying snuff are men. And that females at dismemberment sims are blokes. Last time I checked most women ARE insulted when somebody calls them a man. Ergo, your beliefs are still insulting, whether they are derogatory or not.
