This! The HUD is quite large, and very much "in the way" when you want to look around at the destination. Now I detach the HUD when I want to explore, and attach it again when I go to the next destination, which is a bit of a hassle. Would be nice if we could just minimize it.

Yeah I read again, and the part with the (*) apllied to the buying mainland part, not to the claiming a Linden home part. She stated that you have to release the mainland to claim a Linden home, and that is the part that's wrong: you can keep the mainland if you pay extra tier. Oh well

No, you did not say the same thing Abnor did. Even if you own 1024 sqm or more on mainland, you can still claim a Linden Home without releasing your mainland, just not for free, you will have to pay extra tier.

I'm from Europe, so I KNOW that the new homes aren't really chalets, but since that's how the moles/LL named the theme, that's how I'm going to refer it to.

Alot of those regions have German names, so it's very likely to be the chalets theme.

This is quite common at some parts of Europe. For instance in Croatia, I was amazed by the diversity of the trees. I think this picture is a good example.

I think Patch said that it will be about the same amount of homes as the loghomes, so that should be plenty to be able to catch one, for at least a little while.

I hope you realize that these new homes will probably not being released till fall/early winter? Patch said that they will not do any big releases till after they are done moving everything to the cloud, because they have run out of new regions. He said that they might do a release of 2 new themes at once (the stilt houses and the next theme) in early winter. Just to save you the disappointment of abandoning a nice home for nothing.

If that swamplike area next to the LH Demo area at SL17B is ever going to be a new LH theme, then all I've got to say is: Shut Up and Take My Money!

Looks like it. The current Traditional homes don't have a porch like that, unless you buy an add-on.

Like some other people stated already, first of all: name the animations! Same with the texture menus. I know nothing about scripting and stuff, but is it really that much harder to name the textures red, blue and green, instead of 1,2 and 3? It would save people alot of time if they wouldn't have to cycle through the whole menu to find the right animation/texture. For the PG animations for 2 avatars, start with a default animation that is not a cuddle, but is "friends only". I hate to end up in someone's lap when I'm sitting down with someone who is just a friend. Also start with a "normal" animation as a default.....I once bought a bench that started with some weird animation that made you both float in the air when a second avatar sat on it. It's fine if you want to add a funny animation like that somewhere down the menu, but only as an option and not as the default animation please. It annoyed me so much that i got rid of that bench.

Because you're standing at SSPE84, while that screenshot was taken of SSP84, which is not the same thing. SSP (without the E) is the Linden's/moles work area and not accessible by us. You can see it on the map though.
