I just put it up for sale yesterday, I had a tenant on it since our group bought it (up until yesterday). We would keep the land but we want to consolidate our land holdings and invest in larger plots of land. Did you try the Novatech teleporters? They are also grid wide so you can link to other sims or you can set them to local and restrict who uses them. If you just want to build a teleporter for your sim IM me I can do it pretty fast.
