hi press control and P together. you open the preferance window. click on the grahics tab. you see hardware button, click it, and uncheck the boxes. last time i look, in hardware, there was 3 boxes. click apply and ok check out that setting. if you not happy with that setting. recheck a box and check out what it looks like in game. my setting are set at all off. and it works ok. enjoy sl bye

hi your computer has two clocks one the operating system clock, and two the bois clock. on start up press delete or F1, and some computer you press F2 to open the bois once the bois is open you see the system bois clock, check its set ok. and if you not using the computer alot, the little battiery in side the computer may need to be replace. hope this help u enjoy sl bye

hi look like you have a grifer, some one that attacking you by crashing your viewer. best way to check it out. make a new avatar, and go to the club, see if you are crash. this is a comman attack, I have alway been attack in this way, but I got a better computer now, and it not so easy to crash the viewer. high end computer are best. if you do not crash as the new avatar, best not to upset the grifer again, or tell people who you are. enjoy sl bye

hi nice to meet you you have a search, open it and set the top tab to places. type into it Portugese or Brazilian, the best place is a friends sim which is a Brazlian help sim with free outfits and help classes. there are mentor at the sim. and there is a free tranlater, I use it to talk to my friends there. check out the search, good luck and enjoy SL bye

hi all you need to do is log on to the secondlife web site pick your download and download it. you need to download the mac viewer, once you done that, you can uninstall the viewer loaded, the one you using now and then reinstall the new viewer. or open the old viewer preferances. and make sure its set to update its self. there are mac groups, you can use the search to find a mac group, they can be of more help. and best to join there group, for help if needed later.

hi your laptop, may have a low end 32 bit, sl run best on 512 bit graphic, your laptop could be getting hot, so shuting down sl. the vent to cool a laptop is at the bottom, and you need to place the laptop on a hard surface, to allow the vent not to block. if however you do not hear the fan, have the lap top check, you fan may be no good. to get a better speel out of the internet, restart the hub turn off and wait 5 mins before restarting. last try a new LAN cable, hope it help enjoy sl byee

hi marketplace is ok. so you can use it. however, if it the same as before. your contection is slow, so shut down your hub, for 5 mins. and restart it. then go to preferances control +P look for your caches clear buttons, and click them to clear your caches. then use marketplace. enjoy sl byee

hi press control and P that open the preferance window, in there you can enable voice your sound could be just muted, this can be unmuted here in some viewer. once finish with preferances, remenber to apply and ok. look at the viewer top tool bar you see icon speaker, normaly on the right side, is it muted, some viewer its at the bottom left. and make sure the sound is turn up, and not set low. your speckers jack plug must be plug into the green hole at the back of the computer, green to green. and the mic is pink, make sure that not plug into the speckers hole, plug your mic into the pink hole. will need to know what viewer you have to help more. and are you looking for the friends list, so as to send a IM message good luk enjoy sl byee

hi you can make note cards. thats how I keep up with what Im doing and what was said a year ago you can cope to the note card or type press control and i see the inventroy, open that note cards folder, you can delete or add note cards there, or make a new folder like new textures work for Tom, and add the note cards to the folder so keeping your self up to date on the work so far enjoy sl bye

click on the dome, and pick profile. that will give you the owner name. IM the owner telling them why you need it remove. if they fail to remove it. click on it again, and pick AR, that how toi report the owner. enjoy the game byee

hi if you have the names of the grifers, then yes report them use the section defaming a avatar or group you could also get support from know avater like white tiger is supported by linden lab maybe the white tiger group would help support you, you can only ask remenber the grifers are getting support so you need to get support enjoy the game byee

hi great information but the error information is needed, what is the error I use the ATI 4650, and stop using it, once I up graded to win 7 not saying it the card but i went over to nivida card did you try the win 7 driver base, before down loading the driver from the ATI web site. you may need to put the question again, and add the information about the error message enjoy the game

hi attack like this are sick, I have lose two computer thank to lagging. and sriptes that make my computer run faster and faster. but you can stay at the point of the attack, and they attacker is gettting the pain to. i have my camera control open, all the time. if im attack like lag up I frist back my camera up and back out of the way, that reduc the lag, so no over heat of hardware. also check you setting, in preferances changing it from 512 down to 128 or 64. now start muting the new comer, if no change to the attack I unmute the new comer, until I find the one that doing it. you can carrier and tell people who to mute. but I frist unmute them and ask why they are doing it, lets them known you are watching what going on. I warn them that they will stop attacking the new comer, to the sim. by that time, they have burn there self, with silly replys. and have move on hope that help, but teaming up doing this is how you keep on top of them. enjoy the game, and some people like stoping grieters, you could employ a anti grieter group Education is the best form of attack, knowing now to protect your self and others. byee

hi sound like you did the clean install but that what you need to douninstall the viewer remore it from the program folder delele all cookies and app files if that not work call again and i try to be more help full good luck

hi did you paid cash if so was it on marketplace, and did the cash get move out of your account. it could be lag and marketplace can be slow to download. if it not arrive, go back and check out who the maker of the product is contact them, explain what you did, you find them help full

hi it appear to me that you running more then one viewer at the same time CtrlAltStudio Viewer Beta v1.0.033746 and firestrom 64 4.6.1.40478 are they 64 bit viewers or 32 bit and can they be run together try using one viewer if its ok check that the two viewer are the same 64 bit or 32 bit maybe mixing the 32 bit with 64 bit why its all i can think of sorry if that no help enjoy sl byee

hi press control and I you see the inventory at the bottom open library there a folder call clothing open that it full of outfits open a folder it full of icons click on a icon and pick wear the item will auto change to what you just pick hair shoes are mostly object, and can be right click on and remove by picking from the menu detach some times you see people with two hairs on so remenber object must be detach tops and dress they auto change hope thsat help u byee

hi have you check your fire wall setting only not being able to play the sound well how can that crash your viewer also check your preferances control and P make sure the voice is on and the fire wall allow it and not blocking it hope that help enjoy the game byee
