Are you using an AO? Sometimes they overided the animations.

Sometimes a texture can be corrupt causing weird colors that look like blue lines. Remove/replace all wearable layers (including shape, skin, eyes, hair) to find the corrupt texture.

Soulutions aren't being added on certain forums. (the machinima thread shows solutions)
