  2. Hmm 60% is too much. Did you remove the magic boxes from both inworld and magic box status page (https://www.xstreetsl.com/modules.php?name=Marketplace&file=adminservers)? If your ghosted magic boxes remains at the registered server section, they may be interrupting DD.

In this case Disabling and Re-listing Items means you first delete a listing to eliminate bad reviews and create a new listing for that item to re-list it, so I don't think your issue has anything to do with the guideline. Anyway I think you did the right thing by filing a support ticket with LL.

  15. Did you upload the items using merchant outbox and associate them with those inactive listings? (I suspect the listings were marked as Unavailable now that they had lost the associated items, though.)

  17. You can't change the current user name. You could make another account with that name if it has not been taken yet.

  19. I noticed you are still using magicboxes for delivery. Do you mean the new listing aren't showing up in your store even if you could make the listings and make them activated? Try refreshing the page after a while. Or if you mean the items you put in the magicboxes aren't showing up in your manage listings page, make sure you push the "Sync" button and your magicboxes are working fine.

  22. I've read about the same issue as yours, i.e. you can't set the category, so apparently you are not alone. I'd file a support case https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/ Choose Marketplace > General Marketplace issues.

First off you should talk about the issue with the creator and if it leads nowhere, you could flag the item because it's falsely advertised and/or write a bad review if you bought it on Marketplace and also you could file an AR for Commerce > Failure to deliver product or service, but that's about it.
