Shadows. Are they essential to have on when you're up inside a skybox or are you on a sky platform rather than in a skybox? I'd like to see the extent of this problem, can you add a photo or screenshot to this thread. If it was me I would have my skybox set at a different height to the neighbouring ones. I mean, 4096m of sky, theres a lot of skyspace to choose from, no need for anyone to be casting shadows or aspersions on anyone else.

I think there is no autoreturn set to the land and someone has rezzed something offensive. try to contact owner of land first, because LL can be slow, but it is an case for an abuse report if its racist content or may be bringing down the performance of the sim, or is impeding movement, or is encroaching into your space.

Did your neighbour even put the particles there? Check if they have set their land up correctly, by that I mean its important to have autoreturn unless happy with strangers rezzing crap all over the place. Agree with Rolig I do, talk with neighbour is best way. You shouldn't have to turn off your particles.

No. If you block or mute a person who is on your friends list they will not be deleted or removed from your friend list, and its a great feature to exercise when you want time out on your own, just remember to unblock unmute them when youre ready enough.

I couldn't help myself last night. I got into the default female shape and tried the AOs out in Tutys. Ones I'd deem to be flamboyant AOs are definitely the burlesque, but thats a bit OTT IMO. Doubtful LL would do a rollback for you, but they will offer you advice where to go so you can unpack your coalesced box of stuff. Submit a support ticket.

It's a good question, and one I've pondered on myself. It seems if it is out and out gambling, just chucking money into a pot on the offchance you might get something back, that is seen as gambling. If you need to think to play the game, and therefore it is a game of skill for which you may reap a reward, this is not seen as gambling. I am too lazy to go looking for websites about gambling laws in the USA, but you may wish to do so. To clarify what generally is the problem in SL. My opinion is that it doesn't seem to be policed as well as it could be because there aren't enough eyes and ears to see everywhere in SL and people take a chance to open a gambling den or casino type of place, which stands until word gets back to the big boys at LL. Then its curtains for all.

You're logged into the answers/forums without problems, so can you tell us what happens when you try to log in, like any messages you get. Theres a whole bunch of stuff to read on the knowedge base about when logins fail. Read this link. Login Fail Off the top of my head I'd say though that why your friend across the miles can log in and you can't may be some thing to do with their computer's set up. You might have got a Firewall blocking your access, or there could be many other causes of login failure. Anyway, read the link I give above. I see. Small problem. Not impossible. Plenty of empty profile avs LL can easy check if they ever came on line after first 24 hour try.Many many of those.
