I believe, you can hold down the ctrl button and select each one of your friends and then send the note card.

( in that window that opens up when you hit share)

 

If my memory serves me right, I did this to two people on my friends list.

Also you can use some gadgets like https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/Subscriber-Kiosk-30-Master-Demo/211796 or https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/ArtiZan-Mailbox-Demo/1204851  to all the people on a mailing list, which you have to make by yourself, though.

I offer this one caveat; if you send NC's to your friends list too often you will not have any more firends.
