Gene Turner
A list of store owners? Does anyone have one? 1
Rolig Loon
No, and it would be next to impossible to create and maintain one. Anyone can be a merchant in SL, after all. You're allowed to create a Marketplace store, and you can create as many in-world stores as you have the time, patience, and money for. Stores in either place come and go at the drop of a hat, and a lot of MP stores are actually abandoned sites that were established by residents who have since moved on to other things or have left SL altogether. That's not true of in-world stores, where owners at least still have to pay rent, but you can't advertise in the forums and advertising in world is difficult. That means most in-world stores are small operations unless they somehow attract the attention of a blogger. There are loads of hidden stores out there.
Rowan Amore
You can curate your own list of stores by looking through the Seraphim website.

Ayashe Ninetails
Impossible to make one. If you'd like to try, for a start, you'd have to go through in-world Search and the entire marketplace. This, of course, won't account for store owners who only have their shops and SLURLs listed in their profiles/Picks who no longer maintain a search listing or marketplace store (I know of several like this and you can usually find them by checking the properties on your older items). Seraphim will only capture a tiny portion of what's out there, but even with that, it'd take a long, long, long time to hunt through and build a list from (perhaps the old Advent or Black Friday pages could've made that about 1% easier, but if those aren't readily available, you'll have to go through events one by one). If you're going to resort to blogs, though, you might also want to dig through Fabfree and individual event sites and shopping blogs (Fantasy Faire, Abnormality, Manly Weekend, MediaSL, old Shop & Hop listings, etc.). And once you're done with that, don't forget the creators who mostly maintain a presence on Twitter and/or Flickr. Is there a reason why you're interested in a complete list? If you're trying to find stuff, let us know. Some of us shop so dang much we have a ton of stores and who runs them committed to memory.

Very true but I'm taking into account the OP's other recent post for her reasoning behind wanting a list of merchants. At least those on Seraphim.are.active in SL. PermaRuthed
It would probably be easier to make a white pages of resident profiles.
