Perhaps communication (information) is what creates reality.

Maybe everything mutually manifests. I don't think it's one way or the other, really. Nothing is linear.

Information influences reality, but then reality is what all information is based on. Each influences the other.

At least theoretically. Whether ideas have their own, separate "reality" and can influence other "things" is a millenia-old question.

But love is still real. In my opinion.

Song by Laura Nyro

Celebrate the holiday
Life is for givin’
You belong
To the livin’
Sister
Brother
Are we born to learn
The art of love?
Heart and soul
Body and mind
Mother earth to stars above
Oh
Happy holiday
With love
Shelter from the storm
There but for fortune...
You and I belong to one world
One address S.O.S.
Hear that love message
All around the world—
“Love, not war
Let peace shine for
Every boy and girl”
Child with a dove
Vision of
A happy holiday
With love
“Peace on earth from Tibet”
“Peace on earth from Iraq”
“Peace on earth from Israel”
“From Africa, ” “from Jamaica”
“From America, ” “from Cuba”
“Peace on earth from Italy”—
Sister
Brother
Are we born to learn
The art of love?
Love, not war
Let peace shine for the earth
Child with a dove
Vision of
A happy holiday
Happy holiday with love

The most fundamental aspect of 'love' is connection. We meet another part of our existence and have the opportunity to commune with it, and from that connection a transformation can occur.

SL provides the ability for connection in spades, whether it's connecting with other people who have mutual interests, connecting to the discovery of the artistic process enabling us to appreciate aspects of our existence, connecting us to the beauty of live music, or connecting us to needed solace in our private skybox or beside our favorite virtual nature scene.
