FYI Winter Landscape Decorations:
Spyder Haifisch (who created the great wall texture overlays for LH Ranch Homes) kindly gave me a beta test version of a snow roof top for my Buffalo Pasture Ranch Home. It is as easy to apply as the wall overlays by a single add / autoplace. I assume with enough interest of decorating for winter time it will make it into the MP soon. I don't think this is against the covenant though. This could be seasonal decoration.

*Natural seasonal elements are permitted if they are applied subtly, such as a light dusting of snow or a scatter of leaves. 

I don't see a giant parcel sized prim with a snow texture on it as meeting this requirement

it's since the start of Belli a thing .. won't change. A bit the same as the allowed building add ons "in theme".

That fully coated snowy roof looks rather odd within the landscape, I would say.
