i made a group for my land but now i want to remove or delete the group how can i do that

groups are deleted when there are less than 2 members

not sure how long before the group is deleted

i can take your question in two meanings, the one as Emma answered, the other to remove it from the land.

taking it from the land:
remove the donation for the land in the group (if you deeded ) ignore the warning about the lack of tier donation
set the land for sale to yourself and buy it.
Now the land is back on your own name.

If this was the case than remove the group totally as Emma told you.

Don't try this in reverse! If the land is owned by the group and you delete the group first, you'll risk to loose the land ( only support can help you in that case)

If the group still has land tied to it, it will remain even with only one member as I recently learned.  Remove any land donation as @Alwin Alcottmentioned.
