Je voudrais m'acheter un terrain sur le Mainland , maintenant j'aimerais savoir si je peut terraformer un peu le terrain pour le rendre plat ?

You can terraform Mainland within limits, usually plus or minus 4 meters from the original baked terraform which is revealed using the “revert” option of the terraform tool.

Therefore, making your entire parcel flat depends upon the slope of the original baked terraform.

You can make any parcel perfectly flat with just a couple of prims 😁

A flat block can be textured with a good ground texture. This one is a forest floor texture from Studio Skye, from their Enchanted forest set. Don't forget to texture the sides of the block too.

There at least 2 regions where the limit is +/- 40 or 60.

I think it's +/- 4 on the entire rest of mainland.

Most of the old color regions (Blue, etc.) are ± 40, whereas the "city" regions in Bay City, Nautilus, Kama City, Nova Albion, some of the Sharp continent, Horizons, and maybe others can't be terraformed at all. But yeah, most of Mainland is ± 4.

I live in Kama City, and I think its wonderful that terraforming is disabled. 😁
