That's my plot I assume since I have a 2x prim lot on a region that has both of you on it also. The plot does allow +/-40m of build. Your plot next to me goes deep down with that underground bunker you have (which should be a linden home theme BTW - Fallout shelters built 40m deep into the ground).

It's a great plot and it's listed for very high but about half of what other plots around it have sold for in past. That said I don't NEED to sell it. so I'm not trying to rush that plot. I'm not in the business of anything in SL, and spend 90% of my time in a small 512m camper.

Yeah, sorry, I realize that parcel is pretty far beside the point I was really trying to make. I only mentioned it because it was in the region, and in fact, I'm surprised it hasn't sold, considering the location. If I could find a graceful way to free up the tier… ah well.

I learned a hard lesson a decade ago when I had a large half water plot and broke it up into ideal 512m pieces to sell off. The first buyer bought in a checkerboard fashion focusing on the away from protected cheaper spots and put up banlines - resulting in me eventually having to abandon much of the rest.

For now, the plot I have - I half want to keep it and half want to toss it. So if someone actually does want it, I'm fine. But if they don't, I'm also fine.

Well that plot sold. Never expected it to but it looks like a land baron grabbed it from me overnight.

Buyer has immediately taken advantage of the ability to raise and lower the terrain by 40m.
