Second Life Project GLTF PBR Materials viewer - show grid selection at login?

In the 7.0.0.578161 - Second Life Project GLTF PBR Materials viewer I go into Advanced Preferences and select Show Grid Selection at login but it does not give me the option to change grid. All that shows is my username and password and a login button, there is no drop down box for grid selection, or even log in location. Anyone else have this issue, or can suggest what I should do? I have restarted and even reinstalled the viewer.

Did you put in a ticket? That’s how I got in, took about a day or so too.

This is where to enable grid selection on 6.6.9.577968 - Maintenance-Q.  Maybe the viewer you are asking about is similar

Try to log in to the main grid with the viewer. Next time you launch it, it should show the grid selection menu. At least that's how I got around that bug.
