Sheena Gelfand
I keep getting logged out after online for even 10 min. Once I get booted off line the bugsplat comes up saying to report my issue in which I do. It has been going on for several months. What could be the issue? Alwin Alcott
possibly...can be a lot, but how's your connection? Not only speed but mainly stability? Have a look at your packet loss.
Rowan Amore
Posting your computer specs might help us see where the problem might be. From the top menu...Help/About/ either Firestorm or Second Life depending on your viewer/copy to clipboard and paste those specs here.

If you are on WiFi, move closer to your router or better yet, connect to the internet using an ethernet cord.

Bugsplat is the crash reporting tool we use so you are getting hard crashes in your session (which you probably know well). Since this is recurring, I strongly recommend getting a support ticket going. These crashes may indicate a problem needing escalation. For yourself, you might find a hint as to what is going wrong at the very end of the viewer log file. And this may be a perfect opportunity to try out other viewers. The specific problem may not be present in other builds. 1
