het klinkt meer als een mededeling dan vraag, maar is je email geverifieerd? Zo ja, even een ticket aanmaken en support vragen.

Ik woon nu op een nieuw adres met een nieuw ip adres; + heb ik een nieuwe computer. Mijn nieuw e-mail adres werkt wel voor in te loggen maar kan geen partnerschap activeren of mijn wachtwoord veranderen. Mijn nieuw e-mail adres is geverifieerd.

Dan moet je een support ticket indienen via je dashboard. Maar doe eerst een goede check of het correcte email adres is ingesteld op je account.

ik kan geen support ticket indienen want zegt steeds dat mijn paswoord niet juist is, als ik dan click op ik ben mijn paswoord vergeten wordt de link naar mijn oud ip aders gestuurd, het nieuw e-mail adres is geverifieerd

old ip address?   nothing is sent to an old ip address, it would be the old email account that it would be sending too,   I still have my old att.net email account from when I had dsl (20 years ago) and it still works without an issue with any services I go use or new computers I get.   

@Quartz Mole   might need a little help with this one.

Yeah, I still use AOL email for everything even. Pre-DSL.

Ik weet niet zeker of ik het probleem begrijp -- het kan een probleem zijn met mijn automatische vertaling -- maar als antwoorden naar een oud e-mail adres gaan, denk ik dat u het beste uit kunt loggen uit uw account, naar https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/ gaan 
en kies de optie Doorgaan als gast.   

Dan kun je het probleem uitleggen en je nieuwe emailadres geven.   

Als dit niet is wat je nodig hebt, laat het me weten en ik zal een van de Nederlandse Mollen vragen of ze je kunnen helpen.

 

I am not sure I understand the problem -- it may be an issue with my automatic translation -- but if  replies are going to an old email address, I think the best thing to do is log out of your account, go to https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/
and choose the option Continue As Guest.   

Then you can explain the problem and provide your new email address.
