HOw do I protect myself from unscrupulous landlords?

WRE has a good reputation for me at least with any questions or issues I have had got solved with no problem. Depending on the type of land you want the rules are simple as long you follow them. I now rent a homestead from them with a friend and its wonderful. Chung was okay but my neighbors a couple years back had those huge border walls that messed up the land to where it was more of a privacy wall than anything else.

I've rented in the past from the Chungs, Dreamseeker, Zoha and @Prokofy Neva, no problems at all with any of them.

I've rented from Prokofy Neva in the past too. Very nice and interesting places for low budget mainland rentals.

I forgot to mention Gooseberry Estates if you like a gorgeous landscaped community type setting. I live there now as it reminds me of South Carolina and I absolutely love it
