I wouldn't, no, but it's because I don't have a use for such a feature. I can't speculate as to whether those who do have multiple (though "unofficial") partners would do so. 

EDIT: Thinking a bit more on it though, that would not be a very fair way of doing things, as it would require all of the potential partners to also pay for Premium Plus accounts. My thought is that it would be a good feature to offer to ALL members, not just those with money to spend here.

Those who want to show they are premium, why don't they just write it in their profile? Or make their own little badge and upload it as their profile pic?

Easy peasy. You can even use my rosette, if you don't want to make your own.
