Once I choose my Linden home, after becoming a premium member, can I exchange it for another design?

every belliseria LH type home has a few variable ones on the same parcel, you only need to pick one by clicking a mailbox, buoy or pole at the border of the parcel.
If you want a new theme, you have to abandon the current one you own, and can pick a new one at your accountpage. But... if none are availble, you will need patience before you can claim a new one again.

Just to be sure that you understand Alwin's very good answer ...  The Linden Homes in Bellisseria are in regions based on several architectural themes: Traditional, Campers, Houseboats, Victorian, Log Homes, Chalets, Stilt Homes, and Fantasy homes.   When you register for a Linden Home, you chose one of those themes.  Within each theme, there are several styles of houses. You may select any of those houses by choosing from a menu in the mailbox on your parcel, and you may change that style as often as you like.  If you want to live on a different parcel, or if you want to live in a home that is in a different theme, you will need to abandon your parcel and request a new one.

@BellaVita001, Just to add confusion, there are two generations of Linden Homes. The "old style" homes are the Meadowbrook, Tahoe, Elder Glen, and Shareta Osumai themes. All of these homes are on 512 square meter parcels. These homes do not have the handy curbside gadget to change their design. Instead, you select your design when you register for the home. If you want a different design, you have to abandon your home, then go sign up for a new one, in your preferred design.

The "new style" Linden Homes are all on the new, ever-expanding continent of Bellisseria. So they are sometimes called "Belli homes". These have the themes Rolig mentioned. Some of them are on 1024 square meter parcels, and so offer more room and more prims to play with. Others are on 512 parcels like the old style homes. All of the Belli homes let you change the design within the overall theme by clicking on a curbside gadget, as Alwin says.

Because the new style homes are in greater demand, often they will not show up in the Linden Home registration page. You just have to keep checking back until something in the theme you are looking for becomes available.
