Can't stop running

Hello, I am not sure this goes here but

Today after pressing tap tap hold to run, my avatar won't stop running. I have revoked permissions, i have pressed ctrl-r i have checked that always run is off, I have restarted, I have reinstalled the viewer, i have checked ao and built in ao, nothing i check seems to help, I have no idea how this suddenly started to happen. Can anyone help me figure this out please.

If no one pops in here to answer your question, try asking it in the Answers section.  I have had this running thing happen before, but it always fixed itself after a restart.

Is it running like , even when you are not pressing any keys, or does it run only when you decide to walk?

You may be a victim of https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/BUG-6825 - hold SHIFT, then double-tap-hold right or left arrow key (not forward or backward).

I guess another question is are you just seeing the running animation or is your avatar also moving forward?

If you're stuck moving forward the next question is do you use any products that require 'Razer Synapse' to be installed on your computer. Their cloud based driver frequently causes arrow keys to be stuck 'on'...
