A.I.F Pets free mode trouble shoot

Hello I am receiving this error message

"LunahBella's 'husky_WOOLY_COAT_1'This area do not allow to let me free" 

 I am wearing group officer tag with rez rights so he should be able to run free but he cannot and I get n the  error message. He can only run free if parcel powers allow group checked.

But issue is we do not want everyone in group to rez only officers. I dont understand why its not working? Please advise how to reach tech support if no one can answer step by step how to use free mode on hud. Thank you :))

Ummm...  "tech support" would be the person you bought the item from.  If there's no instruction notecard with the object, send the merchant a polite IM and ask what to do next.

Now that we're at it, I get this error message too

"Arduenn Schwartzman's 'cylinder.001'No fertile recipient detected"

I'm 100% confident that someone here in the forum can tell me how to contact support.

Think there is a shot for that, but you will need to contact your local Vet.😉
