Accessing my skybox gallery ... land settings messed up?

Hi everyone, I have my new gallery up on a platform 2400m above my parcel ... I got the following message this morning ...

Hello, and congratulations on your lovely new gallery! Just for your information, the land settings is not allowing people to get to the gallery, and I had to fly up there. You might want to correct that Again, congratulations on your lovely art!

I am not sure what is wrong ... my current land settings for the parcel are attached ... I won't post the link to my gallery directly as I am not sure about forum rules (easy enough to find), in case anyone else can test for me.

Any idea what I am doing wrong? Thanks!

your fixed landingpoint is at 25 meters, far under your 2400 meter gallery .. all traffic will go to the landingpoint.
Make it everywhere, or at your gallery ( you as owner can tp anywhere)

What Alwin said. Your fixed landing point is forcing everyone to land on the ground, and the only way they can get elsewhere on the parcel is to walk or fly.

Ah!!! I can set a landing point up there too? That's set for my land/rental space. Had no idea I can set a second one up on the same parcel. Silly me.

As above, the landing point is the problem. Stand inside the gallery and set it again. Also, as it's an art gallery, you should change the search category from 'Residential' to 'Arts & Culture'

Ooops I posted at the same time as you. As it is also a rental, you don't need to change the category

I believe on the regular viewer, even if you put the setting up in the sky, if a person isn't in your group, they won't get to it, and have to click twice on any landmark. At least that's what I've found. I don't think "everywhere" will work. I think you have to make a dedicated landing spot -- it could be just 16m of your parcel unless you want it in search, in which case it has to be 96 at least (or that may have changed to even more). And then set the parcel to that landing spot.
