"depreciation" is the fall in value of an asset, often an accounting fiction to spread the cost over several years in a way that is agreed by the tax collectors.

"deprecated" and "deprecation" are probably what you are trying for, but it isn't the correct word for when you actually stop using a method. It's the word for the method being still there, but you're telling people to stop using it. You describe flash video as "deprecated".

Meh, changed my mind. Insignificant useful or worthy input.

I am confused.  According to the release notes of the code rolled to the RC channels Bluesteel and LeTigre last week (19.03.22.525531), UDP fetch was deprecated (sic) last week.  So what is being deprecated this week?

That's what I get for posting release notes while half asleep! :)

This is the same release as last week's roll to BlueSteel and LeTigre, with an added fix to make sure data shows up for newly added estate managers as well as some internal fixes.

Thanks Mazidox

Will the OP be updated with the release notes for the actual server version number rolled now that all is apparently finished?
