Why can't I ever find a tip jar when I need one? :smileytongue:

Unless the tip jar is broken (or rigged), this shouldn't be possible. I can't even think of a way to rig a tip jar to take more than you agree to give it.  Are you sure that your account is being debited twice, or are you just getting two "Thank you for the tip" notices?

I have had this happen to me(every time I tiped a host it hit 2 times)  I have seen a resident pay my tip jar and it double hits instantly and she ends up paying 2 times( I assure you my tip jars are not rigged). I always give back the second one. I do not know what I did to fix it. But it is very rare. She somehow got hers to stop as well. But she has no idea how LOL.. Only thing I can suggest is possible packet loss. Resetting your routers and modems,

Also possibly try manually deleting your cache and or settings and start fresh

Another thing to think about is Possible multiple viewers installed sharing the same cache. Make sure all of your viewers have a special folder for each cache.

Oh and Check your Mouse Sensitivty. turn it down a bit maybe.

Phoenix Mouse sensitivty settings are in Preferences Input tab

Viewer 2.0+ Preferences/Move View tab

I hope you get it sorted. It can be a bit annoying.

Are you sure that it is paying twice and not just sending 2 notifications?

If you are using a wireless connection, duplicated chat & notifications are a common problem, but the money should not be being paid.

As Rolig suggested you can check your Account transactions to make sure the payment is only being paid once.
