Aussie Mayo:

Sweetend condensed milk and vinegar, maybe a little mustard. Zero egg. So sickly sweet and horrible. Seriously, between Vegemite (the scrapings from beer barrels with added salt) and this Mayo recipe we have no taste buds. 

We put this stuff on everything. Ugh.

French Mayo: Egg yolks and oil, and whisk whisk whisk. No vinegar. Much nicer, but wow, do you get sore arms making the stuff.

I suppose there's a reason no one ever mentions Australia when talking about fine cuisine. That made my gut wrench.
