catwa mesh heads

i cant see catwa normal mesh heads it goes in and out. I have the newst update on firestorm. I try log in and out and cleaning my cache and nothing.

This is about missing people in SL. Try asking in the Catwa support group, there might be others who had this.

and STOP touching your cache.. that solves nothing except texture problems.

Could this be the LOD rendering set too low? I've never experienced the problem.

If by that highlighted text you mean the head flashes or flickers, see this troubleshooting response from Catwa's blog:

Q18: The upper part of my head disappears/Flash while blinking?
A: That can happen in laggy sims or when having slow connection. Use the slowest blink speed in that case, Make sure you have [Female Head V4.10] or [Male Head V4.11].

If your head disappears only after a teleport:

Q17: My head disappear after teleporting, what should I do?
A: Make sure you have [Female Head V4.10] or [Male Head V4.11], you can get the latest version for you head from redelivery terminals at Main Store.
