Bought Linden in viewer, 30 minutes ago, got paypal mail, but no linden

Question

As the title says, I bought Linden through the viewer.

I already got the PayPal notification mail that I paid, but no Linden so far.

It's over the 20 minute mark too. Any way to force the system to update?

 

Edit: I just saw the Linden server is having issues, so that might be the reason.

Yeah you might be right.  I would wait for the grid status all clear and if the L$ don't appear, submit a support ticket

If all is well with the grid and you still have no L$, then you might have done a "Best Rate Buy (Limit Buy)" transaction rather than "Instant Buy (Market Buy)".  Your LindeX Order History will tell you if you have an order pending -- i.e. the "Best Rate Buy (Limit Buy)" transaction.  If so and you actually want the L$ now, then cancel that order and do the "Instant Buy (Market Buy)".

Unless I'm mistaken, you can't do a Limit Buy through the viewer.  Frankly, though, I have never bought L$ through the viewer at all, because I know that the display there can easily be wonky and out of sync with the system.  It's way safer to buy L$ directly through your dashboard.

I did not make one of those rate orders but straight up bought them. Still nothing here sadly, but filed a support ticket, so hopefully they can clear it up soon. 

 

From now on I will do it through the dashboard, but was too easy to just click a pay button inside the in world shop and let the viewer fill in the missing amount
