old account reactivation/ support ticket problem

Question

so i submitted a case for reactivating an old account but its been more then 24 hours and still no support ticket sent to my email. does any one know what the issue may be?

no, this issue is only and totally in hands of support, nobody here is able to see your tickets and/or the responses on that.

And 24h is really not that long yet.

Double check your spam filter.  Depending on how you have it set, the filter may be trapping messages from Linden Lab.  Also, be sure that you are actually looking at the right e-mail account.

Linden Lab aims to respond to urgent support cases within 24 hours but an account reactivation is hardly an urgent case. I may be wrong but I think the time limit they've given themselves for such cases is a week.
