Its the Starlight skin. Silver Pink colour scheme ^.^

It's a skin in Firestorm viewer.

If you use Firestorm: Avatar -> Preferences -> Skins -> Skin: Starlight -> Theme: Silver Pink.

Then relog.

That skin also has a unicorn ban line texture  lol

Now I am actually tempted to see what some of the others have, the normal yellow is rather uninspiring.

Only the Starlight silver-pink and silver-blue skins have the different ban line textures.

Silver-blue has blue unicorns 

You can add any texture you like for ban lines.

Just replace NoEntryLines.png in install folder\skins\default\textures\world (replaces the texture for all skins unless the skin has a custom NoEntryLines.png), or install folder\skins\<skin name>\themes\<theme name>\world to replace or add a ban line texture for only that skin theme.

I didn't know they still had them.
