I don't know about TNT, but Meike Heston has not been in Second Life for several years.  She's not selling anything any more, either, as far as I know.

If you are looking for Meike's Hug and Kiss HUD, you can find a free version of it on the Marketplace, or at Caledon Oxbridge University.

That's a matter between you and the merchant.  Merchants are not necessarily in world every day, so you may need to be patient.  They have real lives like you and me.  You may try submitting a support case, using the category Marketplace Issue if you still haven't heard from the merchant in a week or so.
