Question

one escort uses fakes erotic photos for sale and profits to obtain, however this picture is false and it is someone else out, what characterized embezzlement.
after being passed to the owner of the club I was banned for fraud alert. it is considered abuse of power and complicity or complacency with crime.
What should I do already the club oncentiva this kind of attitude?

Spot on Alwin.

... and you believe that Internet Escorts are all real?  Seriously? and use their Real Life pictures? You need to use a service with professional Cam-Girls [or Boys]. Second Life is not that service.

Oh Look Maddy, Google Image Search found our OP and it;s an exact match.

This is a virtual world, Dexter. We're all fake to some extent. Take a look at your own SL profile photo...

I bet you don't look much like that in real life. Nobody does.

Here's my SL profile shot...

And here's my RL profile photo...

How many people do you think make the false assumption that I'm the woman in that picture (the late Anne Francis)?

I'm actually the cat, and I've got only one life remaining.

Rawr!

;-).

ETA - KML: to "last" one actually has to make eye contact in the first place.

dexter, my advice to you is:

1.  Realize that we are all make-believe in Second Life.  Enjoy the make-believe and don't expect people to reveal their Real Life selves here.

2.  Learn a bit about legal terminology.  "Embezzlement" is the theft of funds by an employee.  If I steal money from the place where I work, I'm embezzling.  What you are claiming is "fraud"...the woman was not what she appeared to be.  Well, too bad; see #1 above.

3.  Find another club.  You have absolutely no recourse if a club owner or any other land owner decides to ban you.  In Second Life, the golden rule is, "He Who Owns The Land, Makes The Rules."  If you think that's unfair, then buy some land of your own and exclude all the people YOU don't like.
