Is it possible to find out if i have accepted any objects that allow people to spy on me?

you can't see by the name if something is malicious.

Just delete every onject you don't trust or don't use. And don't accept randomly given stuff.... even from known people.

If you wear it it can start working.... and never agree to let it take L$ or control you.

Alwin's advice is very important: don't accept gifts from strangers.

There is one way to check some of the objects though: Go to a no-script sand box (and make absolutely sure scripts are disabled there!), rez the item, open it and see if it contains any scripts. If it doesn't it shouldn't be able to do you or anybody else any harm. If it does, well it may be a perfectly innocent script or it may be a malicious one. Impossible to tell unless you can open and read the script and know enough about lsl scripting to figure out what it does.

You only want to do this for objects you really, really want to keep though. Otherwise it's too much effort, your inventory will fill up more than fast enough anyway.

Hi Curious,

Nothing can spy on you while it's in inventory. You must either wear or rez things in-world before they can do anything at all. So, as long as you're careful about what you attach or rez, you're safe.

As others have said, if you don't need it, toss it.
