That's a matter foir your credit card company.  Linden Lab follows normal business practice when they test a new account.  They issue a small charge against the ccount and then immediately reverse it to see whether the account is capable of making instant transfers in both directions.  The credit card company may follow its own schedule for posting changes, though, so a charge and a reversal might show as pending for quite a while.  I wouldn't be surprised at a delay of a day or two, but ten days is a long time.  If I were you, I'd check with the credit card company.
