No. The content of your profile is public. You can not check if and who reads it. If you don't want that, leave it empty.

You do not even need to be in SL to view a profile.

https://my.secondlife.com/<avatar.name>  will take you to anyone's profile. Use the .LastName if they have one, otherwise .Resident is assumed.

An empty profile doesn't necessarily mean there is nothing to tell, i just don't like to share it with the whole universe.

sounds to me that you made a new account to hide for someone.... if you keep going to the same places... show the same behaviour.... it wont help ...

Since you say it's "a specific someone," you could always try asking him or her.

Otherwise, no.  Can't be done.
