Be sure that you are rezzing it in the middle of the parcel, or at least far enough from the edge that you can be sure that it's not partly on your neighbor's land.

Make sure you've joined the rental group (you should have recieved an invitation) and have activated that group. That's how you obtain permission to rez on the parcel.
