There used to be an old computer game 'tradewinds legend' I think it was its name which I was playing in my tablet 24 hours a day something like 5 years ago. It was about buying and selling merchandise in mediteranean sea as well as fighting with pirates and taking treasures from them. I mean how delightful to do a useful job and if necessary fight for its sake with a fair reward. Nowadays I'm looking again for bitcoins. In second life there is somewhere hidden an advertisement about a site that gives away btc's, a faucet that is. I'm trying to collect a fair amount of bitcoins there and elsewhere and that's what I'm doing today.

The reason I wanted emoticons not to be included in my posts is so that someone wouldn't praise me when in fact his true feelings about them are different. I don't think anyone should accuse the other of ingratitude. We all have our freedom of will. No matter how great is a benefaction given for free, it can always be ignored, even if this is the end of the world. But the lying, slander, distortion of the truth made to undermine one's position and life come at a price. And if the stakes are high, then perhaps this can bring the end of the world.

MiriamAnneGwendolyn is my alt. I saw one of them in sea's bottom as he removed his invisibility tool whatever it was when i landed next to him. He was a regular hight guy. I did not speak to him nor ask anything. Am not sure why it seems to me that if they are not bots but residents the fact they have all of them same birthday and similar names (john andrew, john denis, john patrick etc) is not alright.

Right now I was passing by fable sea with my boat. Rings of 11 avatars again as previously when I was sailing with my alt MiriamAnneGwendolyn. Then other residents said they were tiny avatars and that was the reason they were not visible. I believe they were wearing some sort of invisibility cloak as I dived in sea's bottom and they were there, I surprised one of them without the cloak and it was a regular avatar. All of them were born in same date. Is it normal dozens of avatars to have the same second life birthday date? Τhey were not visible but their resident name was apparent floating above them. Except of their birthday date they had similar names too.

In a 3 days autoreturn sandbox one can have some vacations. New house, food, swim, away from his sl home.

I asked before about that and got the answer: "Generally, new private regions like that aren't surrounded by navigable water". This "generally" means that there is nevertheless a possibility to realize my wish and which ist that? If not, where and how else in sl can I buy a desert island (not necessarily as big as a full region) but secluded, isolated and yet surrounded by navigable waters? Could I look in linden land, in private land or nowhere exists this kind of an island in sl? Thanks P.S. Honest, after asking and getting 3 answers I'm still as ignorant as before. Did not raize the money question, I just asked if I'm able to pay the 600 us dolars upfront they ask for Prima Point and the 300 us dollars monthly for maintainance, can I get a standalone island in navigable waters no matter how small or big given that it will have no neighbours. And I'm told to ask the neighbours for permissions, to travel around, or to look in the ads until some day to discover what I want. Of course looking until to find it I was going to, no need to say so:) But for god's sake somebody should know and say to me verbatim, does this exist in second life or not? Hi, sorry to spend your time again. As in subject line, cause I know that one must be a premium member to buy in mainland, but when I pressed Buy Land in my own dashboard who am not a premium member, the procedure went on smoothly without interfering the question of membershiop until I was to initiate payment which did not as I was only investigating this possibility. So those private islands are located in mainland waters? That is in a sailable ocean? Is the price indeed 600 ld upfront and something like 300 tier? Can one buy additionally an Oceania full region to add to his private island? What are the payment options, same as when purchasing ld, that is paypal and cards? Sorry if I did not understand something well. Thanks for your answers

If and when I'll manage to rez my trailer house (it is a very simple 6 prim house that I can modify and I will exercise building tools when separating rooms, changing colours -hope i can do that- adding furniture etc.) when I'll have ameliorated it and the time comes to change place, when i'll be leaving the rental land can I take the new version of the house in my inventory? Tks P.S. I studied the first video tutorials about editing and that's how I managed to rez the house as it needed resizing to fit in the land. 3 times I rezzed it. What can I do for not to delete the house accidentally when trying to delete some object for example? Asking questions is what it is this forum about, isn't it?

...and now I'm trying to rez a trailer of 6 prims out of the 50 allowed and get always the answer "the owner does not allow to rez etc". What do I do? Tks

...or maybe in a sandbox one can create an object and keep it in its inventory for instance? In order to modify land one must have bought the specific parcel? I'm having these questions studying the material I was given about edit/build tools. Tks P.S. I mean, to edit an object this was not necessary, I did it in some random place. But if I want to create something from scratch, a book, or a ring, not necessarily something that needs land to stand on, such as a house or a tree, must I be standing on land that either I own or rent? If this thing I want to create is small perhaps being in a motorhome that I rezzed in a place where I pay rent, it's OK? If this thing I want to create is bigger must I own or rent a bigger place in order to create it? Tks again

I saw the fishes in the sea, not only small ones but big ones too. There was a shark where I was swimming. I also saw in the fishing headquarters selling worms as baits. What I anm puzzled about is how the fishing is working from a software point of view. That is, did Linden put into the ocean lots and lots of fishes programmed to bite baits and get caught? Or is it in some other way this all thing works? P.S. I've seen snapshots of fishermen with huge tunna fishes in the edge of their line or fishing rod, or whatever they use, but not in their inventory, that's for sure. I try to discover if factors of skill and luck are involved in such games or everything is pre-arranged such as whoever stands in the edge of the water and follows rules gets same random rewards. Perhaps one should try for himself in order to realize what is going on. If I will not fish, at least next time I see a shark in the ocean I'll go and touch him to see if it reacts.

...some colour lines appear and I can move the whole thing up and down right and left yet not resize it, make it all bigger or smaller. Don't know how to use those colour lines. Thanks for advise.

And how do I use a trailer house? I suppose either I buy or rent a piece of land and install it there. But what is the meaning of installing a trailer-house instead of a house then? I suppose also that if I attach the trailer house in the back of a car and start travelling, wherever I stop, they both will be returned to my inventory in the time forseen from this land's rules? Are there any campings for trailer-houses to park them for a while? (ALL my problems with dressing and clothes, have being resolved through Bright Canopy accessed from a vpn! This is about previous questoins of mine in this forum). Tks again, I cannot express my enjoyment in SL... P.S. All my boat and trailer home questions are related to the fact that I cannot accept as an irreversible rule that if I want a place to call my home in SL I must first buy it and then pay a monthly rent for it. Paying a rent (tiers) for one's property is too much for my perception ability. Besides, I believe that lots of people dreamt about a life in a motorhome and if one could materialize it in second life this would be wonderful. Perhaps camping rentals are very cheap in fact and perhaps I can find a motorhome to buy in SL. I already found trailers and cars but still cannot figure out how to connect them. Or perhaps I might eventually make the smallest consession the one to be a premium member and take a piece of land so that not to pay tiers, just my montly account renewal. I'm not sure yet. P.S. 2 I bought a 30 prims motorhome (drivable) and found a sim where I can rez it forever with an one time payment of 750 lindens. Here's a solution to the land problem I said I cannot accept as not solvable. Nevertheless I am not satisfied with this motorhome I need one of 140 prims and then I am not sure where I will be able to rez it. I read about rentals of 140 linden a week. I must do the maths for how much does it cost to rent a motorhome parking place and how much does it cost to renew each three months a premium account, accept only the land and not the house and rez inside a house of your taste, compare and decide. But the motorhome has incorporated the freedom factor. Later, later, SL has lots of study and lots of errants to do. This is a job, not a game.

Well who could believe it, there are even more than one free restaurants in SL where one can eat for nothing all kinds of plates. That is a post scriptum in previous posts of mine. Now about my subject line. Often I encounter large private ships, cruise ships, sailboats, frigates etc, moored at marinas or on islands seashores. The owners are absent but they do not return to inventory as my own free shuttle boats. What is the status of these big ships? What do owners pay and when, where they are allowed to moore, etc etc. Tks

As I said, when flying I meet lots of houses flying in the air them too. Empty also, as per lots of houses down on Linden earth. I understand that there is no way whatsoever to buy land and a house paying once and for all and one must pay tiers although he bought his house, even if it is in the way of yearly renewals of his premium account. But I wonder, what about those flying houses? Do they pay tiers too?

I don't know if all demos have something to stop somebody from wearing them normally -even for a short period of time-, but other demos I bought (for 0 ld, that is) had either printed the word demo on them (a dress and 2 sweaters) and a fox fur except from several prints on it, had also over the head travelling together with the avatar a plastic transparent bunny and the label 'demo'. Am not sure what is going on exactly. Finally and due to yr help, I manage to wear (through alpha wear and add the outfit), some things I bought and demos too. Now there's this new issue. I bought something used (from secondlife marketplace used items) and it arrived to my received items folder as a folder without files in it and only 4 right-click options, delete, copy, cut and paste. Tried to copy and paste it in my inventory same result. It cannot be rezzed, opened, wore, or anything. Perhaps I must do something else cause it is used? P.S. (like I said, found this way to answer myself and comment after yr replies.) What is going on really with this used coat is that it arrived in a folder as a subfile with options to wear etc. If I wear it it attaches to my back as an invisible cage which if I right click I see it. So I presume it needs rezzing. If I rez it it disappears and returns to my lost and found folder while the initial folder remains in received items as i said with 4 options, cut, delete, copy and paste. If I try again tryig to wear or rez the returned in lost and found folder outfit, same again, it disappears or attaches in my back as invisible cage. The one who sold it asks me to return it to him in order to check it. I don't even know how to return it. I did not mention to him at all refund or replacement as another answer here told me the merchandises in secondlife marketplace are not returnable or refundable. (Another 100 ld flashed down the toilet. I do not mind at all as I managed to wear a demo warm jacket for now. Tomorrow who knows, I might become the next SL millionaire...)

I cannot dress her the library clothes (if they belong to mesh avatars) while I use easily the older clothes and do not know if I can buy mesh clothes for her. Perhaps this was the problem with the swimsuit. And of some demos I bought for 0 ld. Generally speaking did not manage to wear up to now any demos, as they are hanging from sticks worn on the avatar etc. P.S. Well, the alpha layer did not work up to now except for the female pirate boots (older outfit). I'm unpacking when it says "unpack" and two demos I tried they had -when worn- sticks attached on them, the one like an umbrella handle with a label in the end the other an horizontal stick like a hanger. (Dressing proves difficult if one starts to get demanding. I am looking for a proper warm winter coat ages -not willing to pay 1000 linden and more.) P.S. 2 Hope you older residents won't get tired by my questions, but entertained. I found out my size, S for dresses etc and if I need something oversized (such as a jacket), I pick bigger sizes. When I choose an outfit from an older avatar in my library (except from mesh avatars) it copies automatically in my inventory in the same time I use it to dress my avie. I entered SL with Delilah, the closest to my preferences of the proposed avatars and was trying hard to change her appearance until I discovered next door girl which I embraced very happy. I don't think I'll let her go easily nor try to change anything except of clothes and accessories. The mesh thing seems to me overall an issue I will study later if it is to understand anything at all. A lot of such things in SL. But everything is gonna be alright in SL. It's not like RL :)
